Business Development/Sales
Responsible for engaging with L&D and HR teams of large & mid-sized businesses to drive revenue growth. You could either focus on developing new clients or work with our existing clients to enable repeat business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
B2B Sales
- Build an overall market plan and prioritise sectors/segments where GlobalGyan can achieve distinct positioning.
- Identify (create leads) new large/medium sized corporate prospects for Globalgyan offerings (and/or)
- Engage with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell new offerings
- Work with internal solution team to convert leads / opportunities
Channel & Alliance Management
- Build and manage new channels and partnerships to drive our reach into SMB segment.
- Create sales collateral that can be used to accelerate the business development process.
CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
- B2B Sales / business development experience
- Experience in selling Consulting or Learning or other similar solutions, preferably to HR departments
- Self-driven and Result orientation
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
- At least 2 years of work experience
Instructional Designer / E-learning Creator
Responsible for design and development e-learning / digital content in the areas of business / professional / soft skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Design
- Understand and analyze client / business situation, convert them into learning goals and design appropriate content modules.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to capture their experience into learning modules.
Content Development
- Work with designers & developers to create digital content to fit with Program Design.
- Should have a good knowledge of training tools / techniques, both in the classroom as well as using web-based modules.
CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
- Instructional design capabilities and experience
- Preferably worked on soft-skills, business (managerial or technical) or leadership courses
- Consultative problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication
- At least 1 year of work experience
